As a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS), Lord of Life embraces the following core beliefs of the LCMS and applies them to all aspects of church ministry.

• We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Savior of the world, and God sends His people to bear witness to this truth in order to make disciples.

• We believe the one and only Triune God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – has created, redeemed, and sanctified His people for service to Him and all others.

• We believe God gathers people in faith communities around His Word and the sacraments of Holy Baptism and Holy Communion.
